We are inviting everyone to participate in the practice of the Lord’s Table (communion, eucharist) every Tuesday evening (12/1 - 12/22 from 8pm-8:45pm) over Zoom through the season of Advent. Communion is one of the most foundational spiritual practices given to us by Jesus, and part of it’s significance is to help us meditate on reality that God became flesh, and what that means for us as enfleshed beings made in the image of God. Each Tuesday evening we will begin with a prayer practice that helps us to engage our own embodiment as image bearers of God, and we will spend the rest of our time at the Table together. You will need to have bread and wine/juice available each week. We’d love to have you! Pleas sign up here in order to receive the Zoom link!
Join us this Thursday (11/12) at 7pm over at our YouTube channel for our second Antiracism Webinar! Also, our very own Genay Jackson will be moderating the evening for us! We’ll have time for Q&A with Erina and Michael, and we’ll also be having Zoom breakouts led by the Hope EV Justice Team for further discussion. We hope you can join us! And spread the word!

Hey church! During this time of so much uncertainty and anxiety across our world, we believe it is crucial for us as the Church to be seeking the face of God together. We're convinced that God wants to move mightly through this time; and great movements of God have always been connected to great movements of prayer. We'll be gathering via Zoom from 8-8:30am each morning for a time of prayer as a community. No need to let us know in advance if you plan to join!

Through the season of Lent we will be offering a book study where we engage Bryan Stevenson’s Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption. As we seek to become a community that is being formed more and more by the Spirit of God to live justly, we believe it is important for us to hear stories and see tangible examples of how people, motivated by their faith in Jesus, are seeking to be active pursuers of justice in our world. This book is powerful and will be deeply meaningful for us as we engage this study together. This study will meet every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm from Feb 25-Apr 14. Click here to sign up!
