These videos will help you gain a deeper understanding of what it looks like to encounter God and follow Jesus in the dailiness of everyday life.

Even in the smallest moments of our day, deeply-rooted practices of faith can come crashing in. Framed around one ordinary day, this book explores daily life through the lens of liturgy, small practices, and habits that form us. Each chapter looks at something-making the bed, brushing her teeth, losing her keys-that the author does every day.

On the Christian calendar there is a large stretch of the year with no big celebrations or festivals—-no Advent, Christmas, Lent, or Easter, and this is simply called ordinary time. Find out more about this season and how it’s meant to shape our lives.

Ken Shigematsu shows that spiritual formation is more than just solitude and contemplative reflections. Spiritual formation happens in the everyday, in each and every moment of life.
